My niche is working with those homeowners who have remodeling ideas that do not need the services and expensive costs of an Architect, and yet have need of a full set of building plans. Bedroom Additions, Garages, Pole Barns, Porches, Car Ports, Tractor Ports, Work Shops and Guest Cottages are some of the examples of recent work I have done.

Most homeowners have a pretty good idea of their remodel lay-out before they contact me. However, If you need help developing an idea, I also do design consulting, and will be very happy to help you work out your home remodeling ideas. I have been helping homeowners with their home improvement projects for over 25 years.
